After a warm greeting, you’ll embark on a scenic drive to Bahariya Oasis, Egypt's northernmost oasis, located about a 4-hour drive from Cairo.
Visit to the Golden Mummies Museum: Upon arrival at Bahariya Oasis, you'll visit the Museum of the Golden Mummies, a fascinating archaeological site. This museum houses artifacts from the extensive burial site discovered in the oasis.
You’ll also visit the Temple of Alexander the Great, the only known temple dedicated to the Macedonian conqueror in Egypt. The temple was built in 332 BC when Alexander established the city of Alexandria. The temple was dedicated to the Egyptian gods Amun-Ra and Horus, symbolizing the integration of Greek and Egyptian culture.

You’ll also have the chance to take stunning photographs of the White Desert's famous limestone formations, including the Mushrooms, Tree, Chicken, Sphinx, Tents, and Rabbit—all fascinating natural sculptures created by centuries of wind erosion.
After exploring the desert, you’ll return to Bahariya Oasis to rest for a moment and prepare for your journey back.
Once you’re ready, your tour representative will accompany you on a comfortable air-conditioned vehicle for the 4-hour drive back to Cairo.
